Is there a free plan?
Yes — Hobby is free forever: build with a live preview, publish a live link, fork templates, and get 30 credits a month. No credit card required.
Is pricing the same across ProductOS?
Yes. One account and one plan work across every surface — Design, Develop, and Build. Your credits are shared, so there's no per-surface math.
How do Team and Agency bill?
Per active user. Team is $40/user/mo and Agency is $120/user/mo, each with a pooled monthly credit allotment for the whole workspace. Seats follow your team automatically — add or remove members and billing adjusts with proration.
I'm on an older Pro/Max/Business plan — does anything change?
No. Your plan and price are grandfathered and fully supported in-app. They're simply no longer the plans we recommend to new customers.
I'm an agency with multiple clients — what should I use?
Agency: white-label output, resell, and up to 5 client workspaces, billed per active user. For larger needs, talk to us about Enterprise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Polar.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my credits?
You can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support if you're not satisfied.
